Only two licenses were issued this month they probably had issues with fingerprinting last one was license #95970
Friday was adopted as the standard day for them to issue licenses, so we will have to wait until this Friday but your # will be 95971-960XX
But then again my luck may mess this up!

Yes it is normal and once it gets to 60 days before expiration you can renew and it’ll be every two years after that

WOW only 67 new licenses
Must of been low pass rate for exams!
