I emailed the board to confirm. You don't need to submit any more documents or form in order to get licensing. They said license should be issued in the near future and I will receive an email with my license number on it. It's been 6th day after I got pass result from last state exam, however, I haven't seen my name in license lookup yet.
I called the board and they said about a month. Maybe that coincides with "near future".

Woow So I'll be expecting it by July probably I just took the surveying, which was the last one I had to pass  (I think I did pretty well... Don't want to jinx it though ) But I just wanted to have a time frame to let my my employer know
thanks

Keep me posted when you receive it

Congratulations

Licensing is completely separate from the release of exam results now due to the new process.  BPELSG is essentially releasing exam results when received from Prometric.  Licensing will follow the normal cycle of 1-2 times a month.  It just depends on the timing of when your application is fully satisfied as to when your name appears on the licensing list.

Thanks @CAPLS. You will be my friend forever if I can reserve for License Number 88888 :D  .

Does this mean that if I took the seismic the first week of May, and if for some reason, Prometics has my results ready, I can potentially receive results before the end of May?

With the new way board is administering these test what is the typical turn-around time for results??

I took mine on May 4.

And yes I schedule it on May 4 on purpose. Had I known that scheduling it towards the end of the month may result in a turn-around time of two week, I would schedule it end of April.

Apparently they do the cut in the end of the month and they publish results after they meet the following month so you'll get your results around mid June

No.  It is planned to release results about the middle of each month for all exam takers that sat the previous month.  Anyone taking the exam during May should receive their results about mid-June.

Following-up on this question. I took the surveying exam in April and found out in May I failed. I sent in my re-examination form and it was delivered yesterday. Given that timeline, should I be able to be approved for re-examination in June and be able to test in Quarter 3? Otherwise I'd have to wait until October and it seems like that would defeat the purpose of having the test year round?

Any re-examination forms submitted/received prior to June 1 will be considered for the Q3 administration.

Ahh thank you. Good to know! I will anxiously wait for my results in mid-june!

@CAPLS I've seen some people in the past update their credentials to P.E. after learning they passed all examinations, is this legal, or do we have to wait for the official notice?

It is illegal to use the term 'P.E.' unless you have a license.  Must wait until after a notice of licensure is received.
