for example, if i take the PE Civil exam in CA, and pass the first day of national part but fail the second day. will be the credit given if i later on register PE in other states than CA? thanks

I think for sure. You can take that test to any other state and apply.

 
Yes, the national exam is the NCEES Civil exam.

But.... just about every state won't allow for you to get their license until you have 4 years of experiance.

 
It is good to know... thanks :) i will then take the CA exam first since i just qualifies it's limit of working experience
