Hi all, I'm having a hard time figuring out which chapters from Protective Relaying - Lewis Blackburn are sufficient for the PE power exam. All the chapters are in depth and all 12 chapters look relevant to protection...please help. Can you guys suggest any other reference which is easy to follow and has less material (but covers all required topics) ?
