Anyone know of practice exams, other than the ones from NCEES, that have been updated for the new exam specifications?

What new exam specifications? You mean the fact that they got rid of enviro problems on some of the civil disciplines?

The NCEES exam outline changed pretty notably from Oct '14 to Apr '15.

I believe the NCEES is the only one with the new format, but over the format is just a change of the weight of different types of problems. Overall there are the same topics. So older ones are still valuable to review. Ruwan has a book with 4 practice exams. His was really helpful and has the best solution explanations of anything I have used.
