Is the formula used to find the acceleration and deceleration distances taken from Table 72.1? The solution does not list what CERM equation was used. I know it is a simple problem but this is a formula that I haven't come across during preparation for the exam.

If anybody could help, I would greatly appreciate it. A lot of my posts don't get answered for some reason but hopefully this one is an exception.

nevermind.............s is for distance.

its amazing how we can answer our own questions when we write (or type) it out and think it through.
