Thanks I did pass. My third attempt with 83%. Texas check here. It says OCtober 2014. But 2015 April works. NCEES has not updated yet.

Failing the test is tough, but it doesn't define you as a person. What defines you is your ability to pick yourself up, study, and take it again.

Listen to him, he's correct. I failed 2x before finally passing. You can pass this test

Mine says pass on the Texas website (https://engineers.texas.gov/exam_check_grades.php) at 91% (Power) but still says Results Pending on the NCEES page.
