Forget the surveys, if you can register for the cbt pe exams and you took the p&p civil pe exam in oct, doesn't that only mean you failed the exam? Why else would be able to register for the other exams.

probably in the eternal toilet now... pretty sure it came out a couple days after the exam.. i immediately got worried that there was a problem with the exam with i saw an email from NCEES....

Not really. I was able to register for a CBT exam after I took the PE Civil exam in APRIL 2018. The results did not come out yet and was a week away. I passed that cycle.

I failed 3 times, not once did I get a survey of any sorts.
