I was able to find a summary of changes to the 213 TMS code for anyone who would like to review.

Does anyone by any chance have an electronic copy of the TMS 204/602 2016 edition they would be willing to share with met? I took the SE Vertical-Buildings in April 2022 (Passed) and will be taking the SE Lateral portion this fall. I am hoping to round out my updated references this is one of the only ones I do not have.
