i had seen it on the other boards online questions... but in the solution the axis of T&S were reversed plus it was not at all understandable.. so i have thrown it.. i was searching for one such example for myself all over. but ran out of luck.. you try some college textbooks... i have to look if hoel and garber has it..

here is the main equation

time (offset) = Block length / speed (fps)

always convert the mph to fps , since the length usually is in feet
