His was. He tried using TOR servers, which is fine, but still traceable, but he didn't go very far. He only had like 16 random IP addresses get generated, it takes about 4 seconds to back trace that. Then he posted 7 times, each time generated a new IP address. I backtracked all 7 of them and they all converged on the same number. When they all resolve back to the exact same number, you know that's the huckleberry. Then you use some other tools to find the physical address of that IP. Then google street view helps figure out the name of the firms who are tenants.
