Filtered water yes. Descaling, no. Perhaps we'll give that a try.

I run the vineger through mine about once a month and it's oh nearly 7 years old and still going strong... had a few issues with it when I forgot to do the vinegar where you would hit the large mug button and get like two sips of water come through the machine and into the cup

it's actually a walking boot, so I can take it on and off as I please, however that wouldn't be a very smart thing to do, lol... but I go back on may 2nd for another round of x-rays should be off NLT first week of june

that's not too bad. With the boot, can you take it off to keep the area clean so it doesn't get itchy and smelly?

or hairy either, ugh, that would be not something I would want to see...8 weeks of leg hair growth!
