sorta.... pretty much only when I'm drinking around the hubby is when I have one

he thought that he would be smart and help me since I wasn't smoking so he switched to dip

I think he had a major wake up call this week

and he has been struggling on the fact that I can go forever with out a smoke and then screw up... but I don't blame him, it's my decision to ruin it by bumming one

Avoid triggers. That helped me. what were triggers before don't bother me now.

I HAVE however gone nearly 3 months with out purchasing a pack so that is good

Cold turkey. Suffer a week. Then maintain.

I've got a doc appt on monday for something else so I'll check in on the progress on that

I did it cold turkey for two weeks, then another two weeks, then like 3 weeks, then like 1 week, then like 5 weeks (I'm not really sure when my slips were, but I still figure I've smoked less this year than in a month last year)

I'm signed up to do a mudderella in September. I think it's a girly tough mudder. I bet the tough mudders in AK are like wicked tough

They haven't had one yet. Spartan race is scheduled for next year. They doing some GoRuck challenges this summer.

I did a "dirty girl" run a few years back, it was fun but not challenging.. I would like to do a real one
