I'll prolly be using the rich this summer to travel north too. Its a few miles longer, but only one planned construction area that I've seen notices for. Better than the Parks!

phelan creek bridge replacement but there is a detour so most likely no pilot car. The rich is getting rumble strips between 266-341. Glenn hwy near Glennallen has a major rehab project. Time wise it will be faster on the Rich for sure.
