A month to see some islands and Australia. No place that is all touristy though.

Australia is great for that. Too big to be touristy. I recommend the wineries along the Gold Coast. Also the Great Barrier Reef and the rain forests there.

Yep, drive by it everyday, though its Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) now

might be up there in mid aug or mid oct

try for mid august. but that's the rainy season. Mid Oct you could see some snow

Quit bragging about the wonderful state where you guys live...all mountains and glaciers, grizzly bears and bald eagles, and stuff.

Saw 3 moose and an eagle this morning driving to work

I can drive a couple hours north and see similar wild life. Possibly not the grizzlies though.

Moose r more remote in those parts typically, but they r around

the moose in my neighborhood made it hard to walk the dog this morning.
