Texas PE Board Appearance

Good morning everyone. I recently just passed the PE exam, and subsequently submitted my PE application. I recently received an e-mail stating I have to appear in front of the board because of a misdemeanor (trespassing) that occurred about 2 years ago. Without going to deep into the story--I tried to help a friend at a who was inebriated/in really bad shape and decided not to leave him even though the building owner requested so, I got charged with trespassing--which I understand. Is there anything I need to do/be concerned about? This is the only criminal charge I've ever had, and my lawyer said it shouldn't have even happened. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Um.....you said you have to appear in front of the board (see post above). So snickerd3 advised you to tell the board your situation as best you can. :thumbs:
