Nj allows tabs and stick notes....

Do they allow sticky notes wich has writings in ink,

I mean notes written on top of them?

I bought self adhesive tabs from an office supply store and wrote on them in ink. I wouldn't recommend standard post-it note type tabs (paper). They don't seem like they would hold up as well as the tabs specifically designed for that purpose.
