Position Title = Senior Project Engineer
Education Required = Bachelor degree from accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering (other
Engineering degrees may be considered dependent on candidate’s other qualifications)
Experience Required =
4 or more years experience in heavy or light industrial work environment. Experience should include developing and
executing multi-disciplined projects on the order $300,000 maximum individually and $600,000 - $1,200,000 total
annually.
2 or more years experience at an OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated work site, working day to day at
times with Mechanical Integrity (MI) procedure development and implementation. Other PSM experience may be
substituted for specific MI experience depending on candidate’s other qualifications.
Position Description =
Actively participate in appropriate Safety, Health and Environmental initiatives and programs.
Execute capital and expense projects ensuring deliverables for Safety, Health and Environmental, project
function/quality, project cost and project schedule are met.
Lead development/revision of Mechanical Integrity procedures that meet OSHA and PotashCorp guidelines.
Provide ongoing technical support, daily at times, to Maintenance, Operations and other areas.
