Position Title = Senior Mechanical / Reliability / Corrosion Engineer
Education Required = BSME
Experience Required = 15 years
Position Description =
Manufacturing experience (preferably refining)
Knowledgeable of refining industry codes, standards, and regulations
Pressure equipment design, inspection, and repair expertise
Knowledge of metallurgy, process chemistry, corrosion, and equipment damage mechanisms
Equipment inspection and non-destructive examination methodologies
Risk-based inspection and fitness for service expertise
Good troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause analysis skills
Knowledge of industry best practices for pressure equipment integrity management
Ability to lead teams and organizations in work process improvements
Lead the development and updating of company policies, procedures, and guidance documents
Extensive experience with process safety management and mechanical integrity
Performs risk assessments and gap assessments
Advisor to facility and corporate management on issues related to pressure equipment integrity
Outstanding technical, analytical, and communication capabilities
