SE exam after Oct 2021

Does anyone know what will happen to SE exam after this Oct 2021 cycle in non-SE states? This is going to be a last paper exam in a room full of hundreds of exam takers, most of which are taking PE. I’m not so sure states like FL will even offer SE exam after this cycle. Last time I took vertical, there was only 5 SE exam takers. Will they organize a paper SE exam in the future just for 5-10 exam takers or they’ll send them all to take it in a SE state?

I think that if people pay for it, they will offer it. When I took my SE lateral in October 2019 in Milwaukee (Wisconsin is not an SE state), I think there were 8 total people in the room.
