I am preparing for the spring exam as a first timer. I have a copy of the AASHTO Roadside Design Guide, Chapters 3-10. Will that suffice or should I procure a complete version of the Guide?

Before anybody asks - no, I don't know where this incomplete copy of the Guide came from.

they have been known to pull some really odd stuff out of all the PM listed reference books, I would get a full RDG, with updates If I was doing transportation.

But I would certainly take those chapters with me if thats all i had...

somewhere in the civil forum there is a list of the recent updates to the RDG, they revised the most importatant table out of the RDG a few months ago..

I actually just xeroxed the chapter on clearzones (I think that's Ch. 3), and had that in my 3-ring binder.

The HCM, I xeroxed the chapters on LOS, pedestrian, bicycle, etc.

I think it was chapters 18 thru 23 or something like that.

I don't have my stuff with me, I'll try to list it later.

Of course, I should just add it to my post in the other thread about what I took, etc.
