My mom had a friend named Kathy that looked like Tom Petty. It was the 80s, so it's hard to say if either Kathy or Tom Petty looked like either gender.

Been listening to him the past couple days. My old band used to cover some of his songs. Show was going down hill and Last Dance with Mary Jane would always get the drunk crowd singing along lol. He was one of the greats for sure.
