Re-examination approval for Quarter 1

Has anyone sent in their re-examination forms in November or December and seen their check cashed? I sent mine in late last month and I am still waiting for the Board to cash my check.

I sent mine in on 11/7/20 and my check has not been cashed. I looked at the BPELSG website and it says their offices were close earlier this month. I'm considering giving them a call soon since this is a little concerning.

FYI, not the same, but related... I sent my application to become a licensed S.E. back on October 13th (that's when it was delivered), and my check wasn't cashed UNTIL 11/14/2020.

Per @CAPLS, the normal cashier was out on maternity leave, and others were trying their best to pick up her work load. I'm not sure if she's back yet, but either way, I'm sure there is a huge backlog of P.E. and S.E. license applications as well as those who need to retake the state exams.

So, all I'm trying to say is, be patient! Keep checking your bank accounts. It should happen soon.

No, I would not advise this. In all likelihood, your form and check are sitting at the office, waiting to be opened and run through the system.

That sounds good. Only thing I'm worried about is missing the cut-off day to apply for re-examination next quarter.

Me too. I am already well into my seismic review course....

I called the board and they said that Cashiering is pretty much caught up to reapplications up to 11/15. I'm surprised yours hasn't been cashed yet...

According to my tracking # the board should of received it on Fri, Nov 20th. I got notification from my bank that the check was cashed yesterday, 12/28. No word yet on an ATT.

I tried calling them but no answer and voicemail is full. I usually walk my application form in but the office is closed to the public.

I mailed my re-examination (surveying) form and check on 11/9/20 and it was deposited on 12/28/20. However no email or snail mail from BPELSG confirming anything yet.

No update from the board whatsoever. I sent a second form along with my check - this time I tracked the package. It appears to have been received on 12/22/2020

Update on my timeline, hopefully it helps others:
11/9/2020 Mailed re-examination form & check to board
12/28/2020 Check deposited
1/11/2021 Via email, I received authorization to test in Q1 2021

I haven't received my ATT yet I did receive an email saying I've been approved for testing in Q1 on 1/15 and to look out for an email with next steps. Anyone else in the same boat?

Well...I guess I Screwed up big time. I submitted my documents in the last month of the previous quarter (as usual), and my check was recently cashed. But they (the board) said they werent able to process everything and Im gonna have to wait for Quarter 2. This is so dumb, im furious right now. I've been studying so hard for this
