Qualifying experience and multiple references question (California)

I'm a bit confused on what to put in the "months" portion of page 2 of the application. Lets say i worked at a company for 3 years with George and josh . Both are PEs, i worked with both on many different projects, both can attest to responsible charge for my work. Would i put 36 months of qualifying experience for both of them? 36 for one and 0 for the other? 18 and 18?
