Position Title = Project Manager III

experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Description = A major supplier of oil & gas equipment and services is seeking a Project Manager III
Job Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of international projects from bid/inquiry through contract/order delivery and
performance reporting. Ensure project meets customer requirements and Company expectations.
Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Comply with, all safety, health, environmental and quality Management System requirements, policies and procedures
relevant to the position.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies on ethics contracting terms, export control, delegation of authority, credit risk,
parent company guarantees and records retention.
Interpret/translate customer inquiries/orders, associate them with Company equipment/products and ensure
alignment with Company commercial goals.
Formulate and determine equipment cost using standard system costs or create new cost in consultation with
procurement and manufacturing.
Identify and coordinate deliverables with other departments that are critical for bid compilation and/or order
processing; arrange kick-off/status meetings and document as appropriate.
Perform cost, margin and sales price analysis (with comparison against historical data) for management
review/approval.
Analyze and budget project profitability, revenue, margins and costs (and projected timing of each).
Manage quotation submittals consistent with customer requirements.
Execute projects using web based communication tools (CRM and Portal). Ensure security management associated
with internal and external data access.
Utilize and maintain reporting mechanisms that communicate project plans, progress and tracking to management and
customers.
Manage business and project expectations, facilitate communication to all levels of management and escalate
unresolved issues. Review changes to projects; document, obtain approval and track all changes in project scope.
Assess project risks and exposures, identify options, alternatives and mitigation, make decisions, and implement
corrective actions.
Perform peer review audits for continuous quality improvement.
Evaluate systems and provide recommendations for improvement and greater efficiency.
Coordinate packing and shiping
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Contract Review Documentation, Control & Record Keeping; Project Management; Bid and Proposal Development;
Commercial and Technical Risk Assessment; Cost Estimating; Time Management; Logistics Management; International Trade
and Exporting; Manufacturing Process Control.
Certified Associate in Project Management CAPM®, preferred but not required.
