Position Title = Project Engineer
Education Required = BSChE or BSME
Experience Required = 5 years experience in engineering project environment
Position Description = Position requires knowledge of incineration and air pollution control systems from conceptual design
through installation and completion of as-built drawings. Responsible for ensuring system performance in terms of
throughput capacity, completeness, processing, and ability to meet applicable environmental permitting and regulatory
compliance requirements.
Duties
Conceptual Designs and development reports
Block Flow Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams
Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's)
Process engineering Calculations
Heat and Mass Balances
Project Status Reports
Engineering & Applications Proposals
Permit Writing & Client Assistance with regulatory concerns
Equipment Layouts and specifications
Support sales on technical concerns
Assess & define quality objectives for product lineitems and contract terms
Maintain compliance with EPA and EU regulations related to product line
Qualifications
Experience with operation & maintenance of industrial and/or military equipment
Knowledge of the methodologies and technique related to product improvement, safety analysis and details design of
equipment and processes.
