Position Title = Project Developer (renewable energy)
Education Required = Degree in engineering, science, economics, related field or equivalent experience
Experience Required = Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in the energy/utility/real estate market sector
Position Description = A global, diversified, development and engineering company in the Renewable Energy Sector is
seeking a Project Developer. Reporting to the Head of North America Operations in San Francisco, the candidate will be
responsible for identifying and contracting strategic sites across the US for solar and wind project origination and
development, managing interconnection agreements, community relationships, regional and local permitting and approval
processes, and providing support for energy marketing. Identify opportunities, as well as analyze and evaluate competing
projects.
Requirements
Knowledge of energy field, with emphasis on renewable energy, including technologies, regulatory policies and
markets.
Strong organizational, networking and managerial skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with electricity transmission and renewable energy credit policies.
