I would like to ask about the steps to get FE waiver to take PE exam

Why wouldn't you knock out the FE exam instead (I'm not trying to be condescending)?
Most of the FE exams are computerized now and they take approximately 6 hours to complete instead of 8. Plus, they are offered multiple times per year instead of the October and April time slots.You could basically take both the FE and PE back to back.
Food for thought.

Depends on the state's rules. For some its as simple as providing a transcript and filling a form.
