PE construction exam

for the civil construction PE exam , ASTM is not one of the listed standards in the exam however one of the listed standard PCA references ASTM on every single page , the question is am I required to study the ASTM standard ?

I took the civil structural exam, and there was 0 need to study ASTM standards. The questions do not require it. If it is required, it will be provided. And there are way to many ASTM standards to effectively study.
