And today at work they are having a management team at my office, meaning some bigshots from the home office will be around. I get to personally drop the fact that I passed to all of them in person.

I was told that passing would mean an automatic raise, and that the amount is discussed amongst management on a case by case basis. It sounds like a good time for them to discuss it to me!
