DE said they have the results, its up to NCEES to release/email DE testers with results. Sounded like they were starting to work on updating the DE roster as well, but wouldn't post the updated roster until tomorrow.

Wrong!  Just talked to the main contact that is listed on NCEES' website for TN (John Cothron) and he said he got an email at 12:56 PM indicating results are in and NCEES has been given the green light.  He said he expects it to be today.

WY has yet to update the license numbers, but the NCEES results are indeed out.

I had no idea until I received the NCEES email... Email was at 12:59 MST.
