I do remember getting called out for double spamming when I first joined (April 2017), but I feel like everyone has given up on that. Maybe?

Yeah I mean I double spam, triple spam, quadruple spam....and on and on and on ALL THE TIME. everyone does it! so I always figured that's a rule that could be broken! otherwise we would never reach enough spams for NCEES to release results!
