If the weather is not horrible, I've found that stepping outside for 15 minutes and soaking up some sunlight at lunch or in afternoon can really help my mood!! Sometimes I have to set a reminder on my phone and make myself go outside.
That is a great idea. I'm definitely going to start doing that. Trying to get my work done in one sitting is clearly not working for me anymore, especially when I'm doing stuff that is boring as ****
