It there maybe a small animal with a big attitude that can help with your burnout.Me: Why am I so burned out and have zero motivation to do any work?
Also me: Doesn't take a lunch break, sits in front of the computer for 8 hrs like a dipshit
Joking aside... self care is important.Me: Why am I so burned out and have zero motivation to do any work?

Thank you Back when I used to work in an office, I'd just work straight through lunch so I could go home earlier. But now I'm WFH permanently, and some things definitely need to be rearranged in my schedule. And I'm doing a lot of boring PM admin stuff that makes my brain sad.<hug emoji>
That is a great idea. I'm definitely going to start doing that. Trying to get my work done in one sitting is clearly not working for me anymore, especially when I'm doing stuff that is boring as ****If the weather is not horrible, I've found that stepping outside for 15 minutes and soaking up some sunlight at lunch or in afternoon can really help my mood!! Sometimes I have to set a reminder on my phone and make myself go outside.
