Does Rocky have a NY accent? I always assume that Sylvester Stallone simply has a Sylvester Stallone accent; a completely unique way of speaking.

I never watched Rocky all the way, but in the films SS def has a really heavy Bronx accent that is slightly over exaggerated/isn't spoken as fast as it would in person.

The original bill was for all elections. But your SC said it violated the state constitution for state offices.

So the next version of the law allowed for rank choice in federal (house and senate) elections, which would okay with the state constitution. Another version is in the works for presidential primary and general elections - including for that split delegate system you have.

I didnt live in Maine/vote when that went down so im not up on it at all
