Not the SE license, but in CA we have the "CA specific" exams (seismic and surveying) before you can get your license. It's a three-fer. Fun.
Only for the civil PE's in CA. Which comprises the exam you took.. What was it again, water/wastewater?

Yep! Sort of because I came from the water/wasterwater biz (but only as a pump controls dude) and mostly because I REALLY, REALLY don't know squat about the other concentrations. So...easy pick. You structurals are too cerebral. :rotflmao:

The sourdough game is going reasonably strong! Most recently, I used my husband's rye starter to make a mix of bread flour and durum flour loaves that turned out awesome.

You should check the Baking Thread for semi-regular updates.

Spam Sandwich Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 ounce) Spam
  • 2 large eggs (hard-boiled eggs, chopped)
  • 1/4 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish (I use my Zucchini Relish)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop up spam with a pastry cutter. Tillie used a grater.
  • Step 2: Combine all ingredients except mayo. Add just enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.
  • Step 3: Use for sandwich spread or on a bed of lettuce or as a cracker spread.

I'm very glad to hear that Tillie used a grater.
