This f-ing time change really screwed me up this morning. I woke up at 0300, an hour ahead of my alarm. and then went out to the couch only to fall back asleep for about 45 mins and almost miss going to the gym.

Well you definitely have to scale up the bacon size if you're serving it with cowboy steak.
