A bunch of us WA people are still listed as "Engineer in Training" in the database...They've had our money for months.

I'm hoping to be bumped to "project engineer" and for a raise. I got a good one this year (to bring my salary up to average, finally) so I'm a little worried that they're going to cheap-out and give me the standard COL increase.
