Well, it is now 2PM and there still has not been an email with results from the CT Department of Consumer Protection.  I assume they work until around 4PM, so there are still 2 hours to go, maybe I will occupy my time by seeing what their hours are.

Speaking of retainage, we are owed some retainage for something that I want to use to replace an elevator at a parking garage.  I need to talk to the city enginer about that.. oh dammit, he's at a meeting.
