non-residents stamping drawings from out side the US

Hi Everyone.

Is it possible to stamp a drawing for a project in Virginia for a non-resident who lives outside the US?

Note that The VA License is active.

I'm not aware of any residency requirements for sealing drawings. I've personally reviewed submittals sealed by engineers who were domiciled internationally.

Of course, I'm not the authority on this. If you have any doubt at all, check with DPOR.
