I checked the contents list for the other discipline FE exam. I didn't see anything related with mechanical, civil engineering. Do that mean there will be no questions during the FE exam?

Thanks!

If it's not on the syllabus, it's not on the exam.

There is dynamics on the exam, as well as thermo. Those are releated to mech eng. The fe other has a little of everything. Stick to the syllabus though.

Civils and mechanicals have their own specific exam. As do chemicals, electrical, environmentals and industrials. The other disciplines exam is for everyone else - agriculturals, metallurgists , etc.

Thanks for the replying. I am still familiar with basic math, physics and chemistry but I never took course in civil engineering and mech eng. They are completely new staff and cannot understand the formulas listed in those two parts. It would be great that other discipline doesn't include those two parts. I just started and my exam is in two months. Hope everything will be ok!
