i was lucky we only had an hour of "pushing" then we had a quick c- section, the other two kids were schedule c- sections after that.
the first two c-sections were very lighthearted , as in the docs, nurses, etc all joked around and it was not very stressfull. I guess the 3rd one lots of scar tissue builds up and it was "very serious" took almost an hour, I didnt really know what to do, but it was not the same situation as the other two where they all did the typical doctor joking around "put a tube down his throat and I will be there in an hour" type stuff...
Odly enough the guy that performed one of our kids birth is actually a US Congressman now...
