NCEES spec D: Impact of construction on adjacent facilities

Hi all,

I was going through the 2015 NCEES specifcations (A.M.) and comparing it to what I can find in the CERM. I pretty much found info on every topic except for "Impact of construction on adjacent facilities" under Site Development.

Can anyone shed some light on this topic? what kind of question may be asked about it?
