I'm sorry, @hydrosparky! You will definitely get it next time. Do not give up! I took the stupid test 3 times myself. Despite what it may seem, passing and failing the PE Exam are NOT indicators of how good of an engineer you are. You are not any better of an engineer than you were yesterday.
