The Group has been working in the UK since 1930 and has 2 production sites in the country, Teesside and Holytown (Scotland), and one sales office in Portslade.

The Scotland site specialises in the manufacture of high temperature thermal insulation materials.

Job Description

The Engineering Manufacturing Manager will assume full responsibility for the manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance and planning group which also includes equipment calibration & maintenance.

  • As an experienced process engineering professional with a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems you will ensure all customer demands are met via consistent achievement of throughput and yield targets.
  • You will play a key role in the continued improvement of our business.
  • You will assume responsibility for all manufacturing operations personnel (Approx. 35 persons) ensuring team, individual engagement and performance meets or exceeds company targets through utilisation of Lean Improvements.
  • You will utilise appropriate lean tools to improve business performance.
  • The Engineering Manufacturing Manager will manage the maintenance & calibration of site wide equipment as well as supporting the maintenance team in improving existing metrics.
