Job Description
The Engineering Manufacturing Manager will assume full responsibility for the manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance and planning group which also includes equipment calibration & maintenance.
- As an experienced process engineering professional with a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems you will ensure all customer demands are met via consistent achievement of throughput and yield targets.
- You will play a key role in the continued improvement of our business.
- You will assume responsibility for all manufacturing operations personnel (Approx. 35 persons) ensuring team, individual engagement and performance meets or exceeds company targets through utilisation of Lean Improvements.
- You will utilise appropriate lean tools to improve business performance.
- The Engineering Manufacturing Manager will manage the maintenance & calibration of site wide equipment as well as supporting the maintenance team in improving existing metrics.
