Massive train derailment in the Bronx

This one hits home for me as that station is about 10 blocks away from where I went to college. I can't even count how many times I've been through that stretch. What a mess.

That is the train I saw during school.

My college days were spent riding the 1 train mostly. We had two stations basically on campus. And the massive train yard that separated the main campus and all the vapid yet hot education students in sun dresses from the former candy factory turned into a dungeon of an engineering school. Late afternoon fluids lab in the basement sucked.
