Okay, so that black van that pulled up in the driveway just wanted to "ask me a few questions", but we chatted for a while and got to be good friends; they even took the hood off and let me see the inside ...

They've actually had quite a few structural issues not just in the containment building. Most of their spectra responses we see for the crane specs are always changing. Word has it they cut a number corners awhile back with their licensing and now it is coming back to bite them.

Yes, this is what was presented - that they tried to cut costs by doing some of the work themselves, only they didn't understand that you tighten lug nuts contra-sequentially, which led to cracks in the containment structure (?). Something like that.

It would be a lovely conspiracy if that was just a cover story for a what-we're-talking-about-here.
