Latent cooling

what is the other description of latent cooling? Is it relative latent cooling or absulte latent cooling?

I don' t think there are such descriptions. Latent cooling is the process of removing heat developed due to a constant-temperature process (condensation). There's a difference between specific and relative humidity but I think you already know that.

My description of L.A. Tent Cooling is when you open the zipper and let the Southern California breeze come in. I’m sure there are other descriptions, though.
