I am a Civil PE (Maine) and considering starting a small land development corp in that state. The focus would be on raw land acquisition, site/survey, septic/utilities and sustainable development / Green-build. Any other PE's doing this as a main gig ? or as sideline (develop one or a couple properties per year, etc.) ? Maine statutes allow for professional engineering Business Corporations, LLC or Partnerships. Any advice or interest in discussing?
