Job Description
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the North American Distributors (40%) and the Specification Sales team (40%) to achieve and exceed the budgeted sales activity. Additionally the Regional Sales Manager will manage their own portfolio of specifiers and external bodies.

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the North American Distributors (40%) and the Specification Sales team (40%) to achieve and exceed the budgeted sales activity. Additionally the Regional Sales Manager will manage their own portfolio of specifiers and external bodies.
Managing Distributors (Weighing 40%)
- Working with existing distributors to ensure that they are properly trained, carry the correct mix and quantity of inventory, and are well motivated to achieve / exceed the sales targets in the distributor agreements.
- To ensure that the specifications sales team is directed trained, motivated, and controlled to be as effective and efficient as possible.
